At Blackberrys, we strive to ensure every garment meets our high standards of fit and style, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a seamless 15-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Log into your Blackberrys account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is packed in its original packaging with all brand tags, hangers, and invoices intact for the pickup agent.

• 3.
  Doorstep Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive within 24-48 hours to collect the package and perform a preliminary quality inspection at your location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be credited to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched.
